The History of Karisma*tic Couture

When I decided to create a store for little girls and the other members of their families, I decided i wanted to make items that are unique and offer items from other work at home moms that showcase their incredible talents. I want to give my customers more than just pretty things, but value as well. I only offer the highest quality ingredients to make these custom crafts.
 
Named after my youngest child, Karisma Joy, Karisma*tic Couture has risen from the ashes of my other ventures and has come together nicely. I am a work at home mom as well and hope to help promote other work at home moms.
 
Karisma*tic Couture Store Policies

Karisma*tic Couture believes strongly in customer service and will seek to resolve any issue that a customer may have. Although these items are deemed safe for my own daughter to wear it is the policy of Karisma*tic Couture that these should not be enjoyed without the supervision of an adult. Parts may pose choking hazard.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Also ALWAYS follow the washing instructions implicitly to avoid damage or abnormal wear and tear on your favorite clothes. Karisma*tic Couture is not responsible for damage caused by improper care of items purchase and doing so voids warranty on adherence of crystals.

Our customer service hours are:
Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm PST all emails and calls will be returned within 48 business hours of reciept.

KARISMA*TIC COUTURE
RETURN POLICIES
 
 Returns are allowed within 15 days (TWO WEEKS) of purchase on non customize items only. Items must be in new condition, with tags, unwashed or unworn, and returned with a request validation number. Acquire one through customer service. If there is no damage to the garment (factory defective) a 25% restocking fee will be charged and customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item and to have the item shipped back. Handmade dresses and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they are made to order. If the item is defective or damaged (through no fault of the customer ) arrangements will be made to refund or exchange the item for a new one.
Note: Damage caused by shipping is NOT the liability of Karisma*tic Couture or their sister company's. Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance in case of damage by carrier.
However Karisma*tic Couture or representatives will do their best to assist in the recovery of damages for lost or damaged products that are at the fault of the delivery service if the customer purchased insurance to cover the delivery.
